Ronda Rousey Criticises WWE Fans For Having Double Standards

Ronda Rousey on double standards from WWE's audience

Ronda Rousey has criticised WWE fans for having double standards.

Speaking on a YouTube gaming stream, Rousey reflected on a recent SmackDown segment where Liv Morgan came out with a baseball bat and attacked Rousey before a brawl broke out. Morgan making her way to the ring with a bat drew loud cheers from the fans in attendance, something the UFC Hall of Famer took issue with.

"I feel like that's a double standard that everybody else gets to attack me from behind, gets to hit me with bats, gets to do all this other stuff, and [fan's reaction are], 'Oh what a commendable, inspiring babyface.' So I'm like, what the heck. I can't even be a heel when I'm a heel," Rousey said.

The Baddest Woman on the Planet is once again at the top of the women's division, having regained the SmackDown Women's Championship from Morgan at Extreme Rules on October 8. Rousey is also officially listed as a heel within WWE, having cemented the character change at the October pay-per-view.
