Ronda Rousey Ready To Move On From WWE SmackDown Women's Title

Ronda Rousey on her future WWE plans

Following her loss to Charlotte Flair on the December 30, 2022 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Ronda Rousey is ready to move on from the SmackDown Women's Championship. Instead, the UFC Hall of Famer has her eyes on the women's tag team division.

Rousey said on a gaming stream"I don't know, guys, I'm kind of tired of Charlotte. I'm tired of that title. I already did it, you know? I'm thinking of taking over the tag division."

Rousey is aligned with Shayna Baszler on WWE TV so they could pursue the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships when The Baddest Woman on the Planet returns to SmackDown. The current WWE Women's Tag Team Champions are Dakota Kai and IYO SKY of Damage CTRL.

Rousey was SmackDown Women's Champion but dropped the gold to Flair following Charlotte's return. Flair won the title after Rousey accepted an impromptu match, having already retained the SmackDown Women's Title against Raquel Rodriguez that night.
