Ronda Rousey Says Vince McMahon Will Have Influence In WWE As Long As Bruce Prichard Is Around
Ronda Rousey has called Bruce Prichard a "Vince McMahon avatar"
The professional wrestling world was struck with the news of Vince McMahon’s immediate resignation from his role as Executive Chairman in WWE & TKO following the emergence of a lawsuit alleging him of sexual assault and trafficking of a former WWE employee, with it looking as though McMahon is finally out of the company for good.
Former three-time world champion in WWE Ronda Rousey doesn’t seem to think that McMahon will be fully out of control though as she made a fiery post on X stating that if Bruce Prichard remains in the promotion, then McMahon has a hand and influence.
“Bruce Prichard is basically Vince’s avatar, if he’s still around Vince still has a hand in the business. Vince was still running things through Bruce when he was “gone” before.”
Rousey didn’t go into specifics of course, but this implies that talent may have been aware of McMahon’s continued influence even when he wasn’t supposed to still be around. It was reported over the last few days that following this lawsuit TKO were looking to distance themselves some more and perhaps even oust those close to McMahon from the company. It isn’t known whether this would include Prichard.
