Ronda Rousey Thinks Her WWE WrestleMania 38 Match With Charlotte Flair Will Become A Cult Classic

Ronda Rousey compared it to Labyrinth

While their WrestleMania 38 clash was not roundly praised immediately after the show, Ronda Rousey believes her SmackDown Women's Title match with Charlotte Flair will become a cult classic.

"You know what? The first time I watched the match it was on my phone with the sound off while I was trying to put Pō to sleep. She was, like, feeding. I think it's gonna be one of those cult classic matches. It's gonna be like the Labyrinth of matches, you know? When it first came out everyone was like, 'What the hell? Why does David Bowie have giant copies and talking to our children?' But then later you realise something awesome about it every time and that kinda makes it one of your favourite movies ever," Rousey said on Ronda on the Road

Rousey vs. Flair at WrestleMania ended with The Queen retaining her title following a ref bump. Rousey would win the SmackDown Women's Title one month later in an "I Quit" Match at WrestleMania Backlash.

Rousey would lose the belt to Liv Morgan at Money In The Bank but The Baddest Woman on the Planet will have the chance to regain the gold at Extreme Rules on October 8 when she faces Morgan in an Extreme Rules Match.
