On this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, the rivalry between Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins continued. The two Superstars have been embroiled in a personal feud since the night after Money In The Bank when a crazed Rollins forced Mysterio's eye into the corner of the steel steps.

The eyeball quickly became the centrepiece of the rivalry as The Master Of The 619 was out of action for a number of weeks until he returned to seek revenge against The Monday Night Messiah. Rollins himself has even looked to sacrifice more people as he recently tried to blind Dominick Mysterio and Humberto Carrillo.

This all led to Mysterio announcing he and the former Universal Champion will go one on one in an Eye For An Eye match at The Horror Show At Extreme Rules. Little was revealed about the bout on Raw, but WWE has since confirmed the only way to win is by extracting your opponent's eye from their eyesocket.

The company wrote on WWE.com: "Mysterio teamed with Kevin Owens to defeat Rollins & Murphy for the right to choose the gory stipulation where a winner can only determined by extracting the opponent's eye."

How the wrestling behemoth plans to use the stipulation remains to be seen, but the loser will likely have to wear an eye patch for several months.
