RUSH Happy In AEW

RUSH is enjoying his time in AEW

It’s fair to say that 2022 has been rocky for La Faccion Ingobernable, from Andrade el Idolo’s lack of TV time and eventual suspension due to a backstage fight, to the seemingly botched end to RUSH and Dralisitico vs. AR Fox and Blake Christian at ROH Final Battle.

However, whilst Andrade has seemingly been disgruntled with his AEW run, the same can not be said for RUSH, with the former ROH World Champion saying the following to Lucha Libre Online:

“Honestly, I am fascinated, in awe, and happy in AEW. There had not been that many opportunities, but I have given it my maximum efforts in those chances,” said RUSH. “I’ve been there for six months and I’ve done a lot with LFI. La Facción Ingobernable has arrived to ass-whoop and make a full group of cabrones. Everyone knows RUSH goes wherever there is the best offer & where they will treat me like a real Ingobernable.

“I won’t brag, as I am still learning and preparing myself. I know the United States is an entirely different world and that you cannot just be a wrestler. You need to get the microphone and know how to speak English, and that’s what I am doing. ‘El Toro Blanco’ RUSH is quality everywhere he goes and the entire AEW audience knew when RUSH stepped in. They are still being surprised because the work put in talks for itself.”

RUSH debuted for AEW/ROH at Double or Nothing 2022, officially signing with the company later in September.
