Sabu Confirms Rob Van Dam as 2021 WWE Hall Of Fame Inductee

'The Whole Damn Show' seems set for the Hall Of Fame

ECW legend Sabu has seemingly confirmed that Rob Van Dam will be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame this year.

Rumours have been circulating in the past few days that RVD would be joining Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff in the Class Of 2021 Hall Of Fame and his long-time friend Sabu appears to have confirmed the reports.

Speaking on the NWC show, Sabu said: "Hey, Rob Van Dam is getting into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, I think … I wasn’t supposed to say nothing, but you can tell people that."

Van Dam has been a free agent since departing IMPACT Wrestling last year and has a WWE Icons episode set to debut on the WWE Network in the coming weeks.

Having joined ECW in 1996, where he became the company's biggest star, RVD joined WWE in 2001 during the Invasion Angle and would go on to win the WWE Championship, ECW World Heavyweight Championship, Intercontinental Championship, European Title, Tag Team Championship, Hardcore Title and The Money In The Bank during his time with the promotion.

His last full-time run with WWE was in 2014, having returned to the company a year previous.
