Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens Reunite On WWE SmackDown

Perhaps the hottest storyline in WWE at the moment continued to hit huge heights on the March 17 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, as Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens finally reunited inside the ring ahead of an expected match with The Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 39. 

After weeks of trying and failing, Sami Zayn finally got through to his long-time friend Kevin Owens, with the pair hugging it out in the ring and realigning with one another for the first time in years. Simply having common enemies in The Bloodline wasn’t enough to rekindle their friendship, as Owens had reminded Zayn multiple times about the bad blood they’ve had over the last year and more, but after a speech in which Zayn called Owens his brother, it finally did the trick. 

During a brawl between Zayn and The Usos, Owens emerged and helped to clear the ring, before pulling Zayn into a hug which brought about an absolutely deafening ovation from the audience. The stage now looks to be set for them to team up to battle The Usos in what will be one of the most anticipated matches on either night of WrestleMania 39.
