Two More Matches Officially Announced For WrestleMania 39 On SmackDown

Two Fatal 4-Way Matches Have Been Announced For WrestleMania 39

Two more matches have been announced for WWE WrestleMania 39, with the first participants getting decided on Friday Night SmackDown too.

After it being previously reported that WWE were set to add two fatal 4-way tag team matches to WrestleMania, these “showcase” matches have now been officially announced by WWE themselves, with one men’s match and one women’s match, though no prize or stakes have been revealed as of yet.

The first team for the women’s match has been announced as Liv Morgan & Raquel Gonzalez qualified by defeating the duo of Emma & Tegan Nox. WrestleVotes would also report on twitter; “As of last creative discussion, the women’s fatal four way at WrestleMania will be: Raquel/ Liv vs. Shayna / Ronda vs. Nattie / Shotzi vs. Carmella & Chelsea.”

Aside from a way to get people on the WrestleMania 39 card, it isn’t yet clear what the purpose of these matches are.
