Sami Zayn took part in a media call heading into this weekend's WWE Elimination Chamber PLE, and seemed to pledge his future to the company, implying that he may have also signed a new contract.

Asked about his contract status by Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, Zayn replied:

"Yeah, you know, I’m usually kind of private about that stuff to be honest with you, but I don’t think I’m going anywhere. I think I’ve got a good thing going here, and I see it continuing for the foreseeable future, yeah. I try not to get too into conversations about that stuff if possible. I’ll be around [laughs]."

Sami Zayn re-signed with WWE on a multi-year deal in 2022. Zayn noted to Cultaholic that he signed a new deal because he was very happy in the company and felt creatively fulfilled.

Sami is set to take part in an Unsanctioned Match on Saturday's show, facing longtime friend and foe Kevin Owens. The rest of the card looks like this so far:

  • John Cena vs. CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Logan Paul vs. Damian Priest - Men's Elimination Chamber
  • Bayley vs. Bianca Belair vs. Naomi vs. Liv Morgan vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Roxanne Perez - Women's Elimination Chamber
  • Tiffany Stratton & Trish Stratus vs. Nia Jax & Candice LeRae

H/T to WrestleZone.
