Santa Claus To Challenge For GCW World Title

Santa Claus will take a break from his Christmas Eve preparations only a few days before the big day.

Game Changer Wrestling have announced that Santa will return to the promotion at GCW Holiday Special. Kris Kringle might even end up with some gold around his waist when he hops into his sleigh on December 24 as Santa Claus is set to challenge Blake Christian for the GCW World Championship at Holiday Special. The event will take place on December 21 in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. 

Somewhat cheating, Santa Claus has actually placed himself on the nice list, while Blake Christian has been placed on the naughty list. If lumps of coal are a legal weapon in the match has not been confirmed. 

Other talents advertised for GCW Holiday Special include Joey Janela, "Speedball" Mike Bailey, Nick Gage, Masha Slamovich, Mike Santana, and Richard Holliday. 

Santa Claus' return will take place only two days after another monumental pro wrestling return from an unlikely figure. Mr Blobby and a mystery partner are set to challenge Charles Crowley and Session Moth Martina for the Riot Cabaret Tag Team Championships at Jingle Bell Brawl on Tuesday, December 19. The event will be held at the Clapham Grand from 7:30 pm GMT.
