Sarah Stock Comments On Signing With AEW
AEW recently welcomed Sarah Stock to their coaching team
AEW added Sarah Stock to the company last week, with the former IMPACT Knockouts World Tag Team Champion coming on board as a backstage coach and producer.
AEW announced that Stock had joined the company during their debut in Winnipeg on March 15, and Stock has since commented on her arrival in AEW, saying the following in a video posted to AEW’s Twitter account:
“My name’s Sarah Stock. I’ve been in the wrestling business for over 20 years, and I am here as the newest member of the coaching team here at AEW. There are a lot of people I’ve worked with previously, people I’ve even wrestled before, so it’s great to come back here, see people I already know and also meet all the new people as well. There’s no better way to kick off this new chapter of my professional wrestling career than here in my hometown of Winnipeg. To be here with Kenny Omega, who I started training with, he was around in those days as well, and then Chris Jericho, who I’ve always looked up to, my fellow Winnipeggers, it’s a feeling of a homecoming. It’s really beautiful. It’s just a great way to kick things off," Stock said.
