Saudi Arabia will host WrestleMania 43 in 2027, it has been announced in a Snapchat video by the Chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh.

Alalshikh said (H/T Fightful Select): "WrestleMania has been announced, for the first time outside of America, WrestleMania in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2027."

An Arabic press release announcing WrestleMania 43 was also published and quickly pulled on Wednesday, September 10. PWInsider has reported that the news is legitimate and a more comprehensive announcement is planned.

Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer has confirmed that WrestleMania 43 will be in Saudi Arabia, and the Middle Eastern nation will host the entire WrestleMania weekend, including SmackDown and Raw, in a deal believed to be in the neighbourhood of $100 million.

This will be the first time WrestleMania has taken place outside of North America since the first edition of the WWE show in 1985.

Turki Alalshikh noted in August that a "huge entertainment event" taking place in Saudi Arabia would be announced soon, and it was teased to be WrestleMania at the time. Reports have noted there is a push for The Rock to headline the 2027 WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 43 is just the latest expansion of WWE's working relationship with Saudi Arabia that began in 2018, with two events per year taking place in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia will also host the 2026 edition of the Royal Rumble.
