Ric Flair will surely be hoping he hasn't invited Scott Steiner to compete in his final match.

Flair will come out of retirement on July 31 and perform at 'Ric Flair's Last Match' as part of Starrcast V. All Elite Wrestling's FTR and The Rock 'N' Roll Express are set to be involved but the sixth man in the bout has yet to be revealed.

Scott Steiner gave his thoughts on the match during a Highspots 'Sign-It-Live' stream with brother Rick and The Big Bad Booty Daddy admitted Flair wasn't an old friend of his and that he would "kill" him inside the squared circle.

"He [Ric Flair] ain't no old friend of mine. I would kill him [in the ring]. I'd destroy him. Yeah, everybody wants to see him get beat up," Steiner said.

While they were in World Championship Wrestling for much of the 1990s, Flair and Steiner were only in a few televised matches together and they only went one-on-one twice, with Steiner winning their first encounter in 1990 before a time-limit draw for the WCW World Heavyweight Title at Clash Of The Champions 14 in 1991.

Their last time inside the squared circle together was back at WWE Armageddon 2003 when they were involved in a Tag Team Turmoil Gauntlet Match for the World Tag Team Championships.
