Seth Rollins Would Love To See FTR Back In WWE
Seth Rollins would enjoy seeing FTR make a WWE return.
Speaking to Nick Hausman of Wrestling Inc. during WWE's Royal Rumble weekend, Seth Rollins was asked if he'd like to see FTR back in WWE - and responded positively, stating:
"Yeah. Great talents. Hell of a tag team. Good guys. Always had a good relationship with them. I'd love to see them come back if they want to come back and hang out with us."
FTR (the team of Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) teamed together in WWE between 2014 and 2020, winning titles both in NXT and on the main roster. Under their WWE ring names Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, the pair were known collectively as The Mechanics and later The Revival.
Since leaving WWE, FTR have enjoyed considerable success and critical acclaim, winning further titles in promotions such as AEW, New Japan, ROH and AAA. Last year, their trilogy of matches with the Briscoes was met with great enthusiasm from many fans, all three bouts featuring highly on various Match of the Year polls.
Back in November, Dax Harwood confirmed in an interview with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select that FTR's AEW contracts were expiring in April 2023.
