SPOILER: Former WWE NXT Star Returns To IMPACT Wrestling

A former NXT Tag Team Champion made his return to IMPACT

IMPACT Wrestling held some tapings on Friday in Atlanta, Georgia, and the show/s featured the return of former NXT wrestler Zachary Wentz - better known to WWE fans as MSK’s Nash Carter.

Back in 2022, Wentz was released by WWE after controversial images of him emerged online, which led to him returning to the independent scene. The former NXT Tag Team Champions has competed in the likes of Warrior Wrestling, 1PW, and MCW since his release, with him now making a comeback to IMPACT.

Wentz previously wrestled in IMPACT back between the years of 2017 and 2020 alongside the now NXT North American Champion Wes Lee as part of the Rascalz tag team, gaining prominence before finally getting signed up by WWE’s developmental system.

Wentz went up against Chris Brey in a winning effort at IMPACT’s tapings, whilst also targeting the X-Division Champion Chris Sabin with a post-match attack. His last match before his return came against Rich Swann & Trey Miguel in tag team action in 2020.
