Will Ospreay is currently a part of the Don Callis Family but it appears he won't be in the faction for long.

After signing with the promotion back in November 2023, Will Ospreay began his full-time AEW career on the February 28 edition of AEW Dynamite. Ospreay confirmed he was still a part of the faction during his AEW return, which led to an appearance from Don Callis, Powerhouse Hobbs and Ospreay's Revolution opponent Konosuke Takeshita.

This led to Don Callis hyping up Will Ospreay vs. Konosuke Takeshita but there was a moment of tension on Dynamite as Takeshita initially hesitated when shaking Ospreay's hand. They then took turns not letting go before a friendly break was applied and it was all happy family.

Ospreay has been a part of the Don Callis Family since the Summer of 2023 but Fightful Select have reported "those we had spoken to don't expect Will Ospreay to remain aligned with Don Callis on AEW TV for long."

This would suggest a split is on the way that will see the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion firmly continue in his role as a babyface. A long-term feud with Konosuke Takeshita could be a possibility for Ospreay but we will likely find out at Revolution or at some point after the March 3 pay-per-view.

Prior to signing with All Elite Wrestling, Will Ospreay was a star in New Japan as the leader of United Empire. He also recently had his final indy match, putting over Michael Oku at RevPro High Stakes.
