WWE officially announced the return of the all-female Evolution event this past weekend, a week after one of the company's partners leaked plans.

Evolution II will emanate from Atlanta's State Farm Arena on July 13, as part of a triple-header of WWE shows that are taking place over AEW All In weekend.

While no matches have been announced for the show as of yet, one first-time meeting has been pitched and, according to Cory Hays from Bodyslam.net/PWN, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella is being factored into plans as well. Bella headlined the inaugural Evolution pay-per-view, losing via submission to then-Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey.

The former Divas Champion returned to WWE as a surprise entrant in the 2025 women's Royal Rumble match, entering at number 30 and eliminating Bayley before being eliminated by Nia Jax. Following her Rumble appearance, Nikki confirmed that she wasn't done and that WWE fans would see her again sooner rather than later.

During a recent conversation with Chris Van Vliet, WWE star Natalya noted that Nikki has continued to attend weekly training sessions at The Dungeon training school she runs with husband TJ Wilson (AKA Tyson Kidd).
