Details On What Was Discussed At WWE Talent Meeting Revealed

WWE held a mandatory talent meeting last week about medical treatments which have become more popular in recent years.

Fightful Select and PWInsider reported that the talent meeting held over Zoom involved WWE's medical staff and was designed to educate the roster on new medical treatments, in particular stem cell treatment and PRP injections. WWE did not endorse the treatments during the meeting but they wanted to educate the talent on the medical consensus to help them evaluate options for recovery from any injuries. Talent noted to Fightful they found the meeting enlightening.

Stem cell therapy has become incredibly popular over the past few years and the likes of Rey Mysterio, Big E, MVP, Kenny Omega, Goldberg, and Tommaso Ciampa, among others, have had stem cell treatment. It was noted during the talent meeting that WWE may end up working with the stem cell company that talent visit in Cancun.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections are designed to trigger cell reproduction and stimulate tissue regeneration to quicken the healing process from an injury.
