SPOILER: Title Change At Latest IMPACT Wrestling TV Tapings

New IMPACT World Tag Team Champions crowned

Bullet Club have captured gold outside of New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

IMPACT Wrestling held their first night of post-No Surrender TV tapings at Sam's Town in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, February 25. The taping opened with Bullet Club's Chris Bey and Ace Austin, who cut a promo before they were interrupted by IMPACT World Tag Team Champions The Motor City Machine Guns. The segment ended after Bey and Austin challenged Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley to a tag team title match.

That bout took place later in the taping and Bullet Club would defeat MCMG following an Assisted Cutter from Bey and The Fold from Ace Austin. When the match will air on IMPACT Wrestling TV has yet to be revealed.

Saturday marked the first championship that Chris Bey and Ace Austin had won as a tag team. They have been teaming together since Austin joined Bullet Club in the summer of 2022 and they have come close to winning the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles in recent months. Both are former IMPACT X-Division champions.

Bullet Club's win also ends The Motor City Machine Guns' third reign as IMPACT World Tag Team Champions. They had been champions since defeating Heath and Rhino for the belts on the December 15 edition of IMPACT.
