Spoiler: WWE Hall of Famer Returns During SmackDown Taping

A WWE Hall of Famer made their return to WWE programming during the June 30 taping of Friday Night SmackDown from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The show will air on Friday, July 4.

WWE Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton made her way to the ring during the show and addressed her upcoming title match at SummerSlam against Queen of the Ring winner Jade Cargill. Stratton announced that she wanted to defend the belt at Evolution, though, and revealed she wanted to put the belt on the line against Trish Stratus.

This brought out the WWE Hall of Famer, who accepted Stratton's challenge. The two talents exchanged words to end the segment.

Trish Stratus was expected to return for WWE Evolution and she was spotted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday. Stratus and Stratton teamed together earlier this year at Elimination Chamber in Toronto to defeat Nia Jax and Candice LeRae.

Another return took place during the SmackDown taping to set up a match for Saturday Night's Main Event on July 12.
