SPOILERS: 24/7 Title Changes Hands On WWE Main Event

We have a new WWE 24/7 Champion!

It's rare we see a title change on WWE Main Event, but during the show's tapings on Monday night, we saw a new 24/7 Champion crowned.

Dana Brooke lost the belt to Doudrop, marking the Scot's first title win in WWE (including her stint in NXT UK.)

Doudrop - formerly known as Viper and Piper Niven - becomes the 51st unique winner of the 24/7 Championship. Of course, her solitary reign still falls some way short of R-Truth's record of 52, while Reggie has the longest single reign at 112 days.

The longest combined amount of time with the title also goes to R-Truth, whom WWE recognise as being champion for a total of 415 days. Second place goes to the woman Doudrop defeated for the belt, Dana Brooke having been champion for 196 days.

It remains to be seen whether this title change means a step down in prominence for the 24/7 Championship, given that it came on the Hulu-exclusive Main Event, rather than a more widely-watched show like Raw or SmackDown.
