Spoilers: Former ROH Star Debuts At IMPACT Lone Star Stampede Tapings

A former ROH face has arrived in IMPACT Wrestling

IMPACT Wrestling held their latest set of tapings over the weekend, with the Lone Star Stampede sessions taking place in Dallas, Texas. As part of the tapings, a former titleholder in Ring of Honor made his IMPACT debut, wrestling a BTI match.

In a loss to Crazzy Steve, former ROH World Six-Man Tag Champion and ROH World TV Champion Shane Taylor made his IMPACT debut.

The former head of Shane Taylor Promotions has wrestled on the Indies since ROH released their entire roster in early 2022 ahead of its self imposed Q1 hiatus and subsequent purchase by AEW President Tony Khan. There’s no word as of yet if this was just a one-off appearance in IMPACT for Taylor, or if the two sides are planning on working together in the future.

Taylor’s former STP teammate Kaun is in the new ROH as part of Prince Nana’s Embassy, whilst Taylor’s former Pretty Boy Killers teammate Keith Lee is one half of the AEW World Tag team Champions with Swerve Strickland.
