SPOILERS: Jon Moxley's Next Challenger For AEW World Title Revealed

Who will Jon Moxley face first in AEW for his third world title reign?

Following his win over Bryan Danielson to capture the vacant AEW World Championship at Dynamite Grand Slam, Jon Moxley's first challenger for the gold was revealed during the Rampage Grand Slam taping.

The Golden Ticket Battle Royal took place at the taping and Hangman Page ended the match as the last man inside the squared circle after eliminating RUSH. The match also featured the likes of The Butcher, Danhausen, Dante Martin, Brian Cage, Lance Archer, Daniel Garcia, Dalton Castle, Lee Moriarty, Matt Hardy, and Jay Lethal.

Tony Khan announced prior to Rampage that the winner of the Battle Royal would challenge Jon Moxley for the championship on the special Tuesday, October 18 edition of Dynamite in Moxley's hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Moxley and Hangman have yet to face off in singles action. They did clash in a tag team match on the third episode of Dynamite, though, when Page and Kenny Omega defeated Moxley and PAC. Page also knocked Moxley off the ladder to win the Casino Ladder Match in October 2021. Hangman used the chip to face Kenny Omega at Full Gear, a match which The Anxious Millenial Cowboy won to capture the AEW World Title.

Rampage Grand Slam will air on Friday, September 23.
