What happened at the latest set of Full Sail tapings on Thursday?

NXT's first TakeOver special of the year takes place the night before the WWE Royal Rumble (Saturday, January 26) and at the latest set of tapings at Full Sail, a couple of new matches were added to the card.
The first of the new matches will see NXT North American Champion Ricochet defend his title against Johnny Gargano, while Tag Team Champions Undisputed Era will put their titles on the line against War Raiders.
(To avoid any unnecessary spoilers, we'll avoid discussing how each of those matches came to be)
Here is the updated card for NXT TakeOver Phoenix:
- NXT Championship - Tommaso Ciampa vs. Aleister Black
- WWE NXT Women’s Championship - Shayna Baszler vs. Bianca Belair
- NXT North American Championship - Ricochet vs. Johnny Gargano
- NXT Tag Team Championship - The Undisputed Era vs. The War Raiders
Before that takes place, however, NXT's UK division have their own TakeOver event this weekend from the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, England. Here's how that card is shaping up:
