SPOILERS: WWE NXT Talents Win Title At NXT UK Taping

A title change took place at Wednesday's WWE NXT UK taping at BT Studios in London, England. 

WWE NXT UK Tag Team Champions Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter were scheduled to defend the gold against NXT's Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs at the taping but it was announced that the titles had been vacated due to an injury to Ashton Smith. 

New champions were then crowned in a Four-Way pitting Jensen and Briggs against Dave Mastiff and Jack Starz, Mark Andrews and Wild Boar, and Die Familie. After a back and forth match, it was Briggs and Jensen who won the titles to capture their first championships in WWE.

Briggs and Jensen are regular performers on WWE NXT in the United States and have been together on-screen since the developmental brand was revamped in September of 2021. 

Elsewhere at the NXT UK taping, Wolfgang took on Sha Samuels, Trent Seven faced Tate Mayfairs, and Blair Davenport clashed with Angel Hayze.
