Steel Cage Match, Miz TV Set For 12/6 WWE Raw
The road to Day 1 continues
Monday's broadcast of WWE Raw will continue the build to Day 1 on January 1, as two of the participants in the event's WWE title match will face off inside of a steel cage.
It was announced during Friday's SmackDown that WWE champion Big E will take on Kevin Owens in a non-title match inside the cage.
This past Monday, Owens managed to gain entry into the Day 1 WWE title match pitting Big E against Seth Rollins. Owens managed to secure a singles bout with Big E and then win via disqualification after goading Rollins into attacking him. The pre-match stipulation was that if Owens won, he would be added into the WWE title bout.
Also announced for Monday is a Miz TV segment with Edge as the guest. Edge, Miz, and Maryse all returned to WWE TV on Monday's Raw, in a segment where Edge and Miz exchanged heated words.
Previously set for Raw is a Women's title match in which Becky Lynch defends against Liv Morgan.
The current card for Monday's Raw, taking place at FedEx Forum in Memphis, includes the following:
* Non-Title Steel Cage match: Big E vs. Kevin Owens
* Raw Women's: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Liv Morgan
* Miz TV with special guest Edge
