Stings Says He And Ric Flair Will Go Out "In A Blaze Of Glory"

Sting and Ric Flair will be together for Sting's AEW farewell

Ric Flair made his debut on AEW programming last Wednesday, being brought out as a gift to Sting from Tony Khan. Flair shared some kind words with Sting, and said that he would be around for the ride until Sting’s retirement match in March. Whether this means Flair will have a presence on AEW programming going forwards is unclear, but Sting has reiterated Flair’s statements by saying they will go out together in a “blaze of glory”.

On social media, Sting had this to say.

“He put me on the map in the very beginning, and @RicFlairNatrBoy is going to be with me every step of the way to the end, and we’ll go out together in a blaze of glory!”

Flair also recently responded to Christian Cage’s comments during their Dynamite segment, stating that if Cage kept making things about him then they’d have a problem. It isn’t known if Flair will get back into the ring again for a match, especially after the horror that was his “last match” in 2022, but it seems as though he will be around Sting for the next several months.
