Stipulation Added To Drew McIntyre Vs. Randy Orton At WWE Clash Of Champions 2020

A lesser-used stipulation...

Since SummerSlam, the rivalry between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton has only continued to intensify. After the WWE Champion offered Orton a rematch, The Viper was greatly offended by McIntyre's supposed pity and proceeded to Punt him three times in the head, which led to McIntyre leaving the ThunderDome in an ambulance. WWE later revealed McIntyre suffered a fractured jaw, but The Scottish Psychopath returned two weeks later and hit Orton with a trio of Claymores, forcing The Apex Predator to also be taken away in an ambulance.

With ambulances being such a dominant theme in their feud, McIntyre challenged Orton to an Ambulance Match for the WWE Championship at Clash Of Champions on last night's edition of Raw. Drew will have to be extremely careful during his title defence, however, as he revealed "one bad strike" could displace his jaw and force him to relinquish the belt. If Orton will even be able to compete at Clash Of Champions is also up in the air.

This will be the first Ambulance Match in WWE since Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns faced off at Great Balls Of Fire over three years ago.

Check out the card for Clash Of Champions below:
• Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Randy Orton - Ambulance Match for the WWE Championship
• Roman Reigns (c) vs. Jey Uso - Universal Championship
Bayley (c) vs. Nikki Cross - SmackDown Women's Championship
Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (c) vs. The Riott Squad - Women's Tag Team Championship
