Stipulation Added To Swerve Strickland Vs. Adam Page AT AEW Full Gear 2023

Adam Page and Swerve Strickland are taking things extreme

Tensions have been heating up between two of AEW’s current sworn rivals in “Hangman” Adam Page and Swerve Strickland, with them set to clash once again at the upcoming Full Gear 2023 PPV event on November 18 next Saturday.

After the last few weeks have seen Strickland invade Page’s home and then a massive brawl on Dynamite which saw Page send Strickland crashing off the stage, the stakes have been heightened ahead of their match. On last night’s episode of AEW Collision, Page cut an incensed promo on his enemy, and revealed that their upcoming clash would be contested in a Texas Death Match.

This stipulation has become somewhat of a speciality for Page throughout his AEW career, competing and winning in this match type on three different occasions, going undefeated against Lance Archer, Adam Cole, and Jon Moxley. He will be hoping to put Strickland through the same sort of punishment as his previous opponents. Strickland is currently 1-0 in their series after picking up a victory at WrestleDream last month.
