Stipulation Added To WWE SummerSlam Match

A stipulation has been added to the WWE SummerSlam match of Karrion Kross vs. Sami Zayn, with the match scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 2 inside MetLife Stadium.

Zayn and Kross have been feuding on Monday Night Raw in recent months and they are currently tied at one win apiece, with Zayn winning their first match at WWE Night of Champions. Kross then won their second encounter on the July 21 episode of Raw.

It was announced on the June 28 edition of Raw that Sami Zayn must say Kross told the truth if Karrion wins at SummerSlam. If Kross loses, however, the two-time NXT Champion has to say he was wrong about Zayn.

The Six-Pack TLC Match for the WWE Tag Team Championships at SummerSlam was also added to night two of the pay-per-view on Monday night. SummerSlam will be held on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3.

Whether SummerSlam will be Karrion Kross' last WWE match remains to be seen. The 40-year-old has claimed in recent weeks that he has not been offered a new contract by WWE, with his original deal believed to expire in August.
