Stone Cold Steve Austin Has Not Given Up Beer
Everybody calm down...
The world almost ended a little while ago when Stone Cold Steve Austin mentioned on his podcast that he'd not had a beer - and brace yourselves here - for 14 days.
Here's what the WWE Hall of Famer said regarding his newfound sobriety: "My eating program is going fantastic. [I'm] sticking to my exact macros. [I've had] zero alcohol for right at 14 days now. Pounds are coming off. My strength is going up. Jesus Christ, I'm getting as strong as a goddamn horse over here. No alcohol and when you hit the weights on a consistent basis and eat what you're supposed to, it is amazing the difference that you can make or I'm making."
Austin's sentiments here hinted that a new lifestyle could be on the cards. However, on the latest episode of his illustrious podcast, the man who produces Broken Skull IPA beer with the El Segundo Brewing Company clarified what he meant.
"There ain't no room in my diet for alcohol at this point in time," Austin said. "I didn't swear off alcohol forever. Why in the f**k would I do that? I enjoy alcohol responsibly as an adult, so therefore I will probably drink until my final day on Earth."
As part of his new diet, Stone Cold is limiting himself to 2700 calories per day, which means that alcohol is a no-go at the moment.
What's more is the fact that Stone Cold Steve Austin is now a yogi, as he's been giving Diamond Dallas Page's DDPY a shot: "I'm also doing my DDP Yoga s**t, he continued.
"I'm going to jump up here and do the splits like a goddang cheerleader in a minute. I'm flexible as a motherf***er. Dallas' program works like a b****h. I appreciate it, Dallas. I appreciate it, man. That's a badass program. I'm sticking to it!"
