WWE Talent Reportedly Frustrated With Preferential Treatment Towards Brock Lesnar

The Universal Champion not getting the Nia Jax treatment backstage, allegedly...

Unsafe working is becoming a bit of a hot topic in WWE currently, with high profile mistakes from the likes of Brie Bella and Nia Jax receiving a lot of attention.

Jax's errant blow to the nose of Becky Lynch has been torn to shreds over the past few days as The Man's match with Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series was canned. The sheer amount of attention on the hit has taken all eyes away from another careless manoeuvre seen on this week's Raw.

Brock Lesnar's German Suplex to Sunil Singh saw the Singh Brother land dangerously high on the back of his head. This appears to have been the straw that broke the camel's back for a lot of WWE Superstars, as Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that some Superstars are upset that WWE's top brass isn't coming down on Brock in the same way they're reportedly coming down on Nia.

Here's the full quote from this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter: "I heard more from talent about Lesnar, including the frustration and reality that he’s pretty much bullet proof. But if we understand the sports entertainment world that Lesnar and Styles and Rollins are going to get leeway since main event guys are supposed to work snug and rough, the situation with Jax is a question. It’s not the first, or second injury and while the high profile nature caused a reaction bigger than most, it’s also a real issue."

And you clicked on this article thinking the "preferential treatment" our favourite Superstars are reportedly upset about would be regarding Lesnar's reduced schedule and new WWE Universal Championship reign, didn't you?
