Just a few days after she dropped the WWE ID Women's Championship, Laynie Luck is gone from the programme entirely, with the wrestler herself confirming as much on X/Twitter, writing: "I was a star player in the program the entire year i was there. i will be a star player where i end up next."

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp has reported that Laynie Luck's WWE ID deal is expiring as her contract was not renewed. The decision was considered a surprise within WWE. Luck is likely to continue appearing on WWE programming for months due to how far ahead episodes of EVOLVE are taped.

Laynie Luck was WWE ID Women's Champion for 320 days, having won the vacant title at a Beyond Wrestling event on November 17, 2025. Luck defended the title 22 times across the indies until dropping the belt to Monica Monroe in a Title vs. Title match at Reality of Wrestling's October 3 event.

Laynie Luck had received praise from indy promoters during her title reign and they spoke highly of her willingness to work with any opponent and lead them through matches if it was needed.
