Tag Team Championship Match Added To WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2021
MSK defend against Imperium
The NXT Tag Team Championships will be defended at WWE NXT Halloweeen Havoc 2021.
MSK will be putting their NXT Tag Team Titles on the line against Imperium's Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner at the NXT 2.0 event next on Tuesday 26 October. WWE have confirmed that the match will be a 'Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal' Match, meaning the stipulation will be determined on a spin of the wheel.
Barthel and Aichner made clear their intentions to come after the NXT Tag Team Titles two weeks ago on NXT when they attacked Wes Lee and Nash Carter following their successful Championship defence against The Grizzled Young Veterans, Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen, and Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams. Barthel & Aichner would beat down MSK after the Elimination Match.
The Imperium duo defeated The Creed Brothers on the October 19 NXT 2.0, only for MSK to seek revenge and attack them following their match. MSK then told Imperium they would see them at Halloween Havoc, setting the Championship bout.
