Tag Team Match Set For WWE SmackDown Next Week

WWE have announced a tag team match for next week

After a notable week which saw The Rock, John Cena, and Pat McAfee all appearing on Friday Night SmackDown last night, WWE is already looking ahead to next week’s show as they have announced another match for the September 22nd card, which emanates from Glendale, Arizona.

Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar of the Latino World Order stable will be going up against Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins of the Street Profits in tag team action. On this week’s show, Mysterio and Escobar faced off in the ring in a promo segment, agreeing to a United States Championship match. They were interrupted by Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits, who proceeded to mock the LWO members. The Street Profits would go on to defeat Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro, and will go on to face the other members of the faction next week.

The only other match announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown sees the WWE Women’s Champion Iyo Sky defending her belt against the former champion Asuka.
