Tammy 'Sunny' Sytch was incarcerated today after a judge granted the State of Florida's request that the WWE Hall Of Famer's bond be revoked.

When announcing the judgement at today's hearing, the judge said there was no reasonable way to keep the public safe without revoking Sytch's bond, WESH 2's Claire Metz reported.

Prosecutors argued Sytch was a danger to the community due to her three previous DUI convictions as well as her suspended Pennsylvania driver's license. She has also never held a driver's license in Florida.

Sytch was arrested on May 6 in connection with a fatal car accident in March. The former WWE talent was arrested on nine different charges, including DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death or serious injury, and seven counts of DUI causing damage to a person or property.

Police reports noted Sytch crashed into a stationary vehicle at a "high rate of speed" which caused the death of occupant Julian L. Lasseter. The impact caused Lasseter's vehicle to crash into the car in front of him, whose occupants complained of injuries following the collision but were not hospitalised.

Toxicology reports showed Sytch's blood-alcohol level was three-and-a-half times above the legal limit. Police testified at today's hearing that an unsealed bottle of vodka was in Sytch's vehicle at the time of the collision.

Sytch was released on bond following her arrest but, as mentioned, that bond has now been revoked and she was taken into custody today.
