Report: WWE NXT To Resume Touring In June

WWE NXT touring again soon

WWE NXT are going back on the road.

WWE's developmental brand haven't held any house shows since before the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, with the last non-televised events taking place back on March 7 just before the United States went into lockdown.

POST Wrestling have reported that NXT will resume touring soon, though, and a schedule has already been put together for house shows. This comes after a report from Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio noted WWE had spoken internally about resuming live events.

House shows are expected to resume in June and as of now, the developmental brand will solely be touring Florida.

Episodes of NXT won't be taped in other venues in Florida and shows will continue to be filmed at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. There had been talk of NXT returning to their former home at Full Sail University but there has been no update on that since late April.

NXT was previously taped at Full Sail University from 2012 until October 2020.
