WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (AKA Sunny) is expected to stand trial later this month.

While PWInsider initially reported that Sytch's trial was slated for the week of September 18, a new update has revealed that the trial has been moved up to August 21.

The trial is expected to last one week.

The 50-year-old has been charged with one count of DUI causing death (a third-degree felony), one count of causing death with operating a vehicle with a revoked driver's license (a third-degree felony), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

If convicted, Sytch faces up to 30 years in prison (with a four-year minimum sentence) as well as $10,000 in fines.

The charges stem from the fatal car crash Sytch was involved in on March 25, 2022, which resulted in the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter. Officers attested that Sytch's blood alcohol level was over three and a half times the legal limit and that an open bottle of vodka was found in her car at the scene.
