Taya Valkyrie Pulled Into A Casket To Write Her Out Of IMPACT Wrestling

Taya Valkyrie was written out of IMPACT Wrestling in unique fashion once again on the March 23 edition of IMPACT. 

La Wera Loca made her All Elite Wrestling debut last week and The Death Dollz lost the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles to Taylor Wilde and KiLynn King of The Coven one day later. 

On the March 23 show, Jessicka became more and more irate in a backstage segment with Rosemary and Valkyrie to the point that she left in pursuit of The Coven. Valkyrie went after her but she didn't get there before Jessicka had looked into a casket backstage, being bathed in white light. Valkyrie shut the casket lid when she saw what Jessicka was doing and she tried to teach her friend about the importance of staying away from magic. 

As Valkyrie was doing so, a hand suddenly grabbed her from behind and dragged her into the abyss of the casket as Jessicka watched on helplessly. 

Following the segment, Valkyrie took to social media to thank IMPACT Wrestling. She wrote: 

"Well, what can I say. To the men and women of @impactwrestling, you've been such an enormous part of life for the last 6 years. You've all had such a huge part in picking me up when I'm down, being my biggest cheerleaders and truly proving that sometimes, family is chosen. I love each and everyone of you. Thank you for welcoming me back, thank you for helping me rediscover myself when I was truly broken and allowing me to just be me. Death DoIlz, our bond is one that can never be broken. The last year with you two has been a highlight of my career and I owe you both the world. It's not goodbye, it's just see you all down the road. -Kira."

After a short-lived run in WWE NXT, Valkyrie returned to IMPACT Wrestling in April 2022 and captured the AAA Reina de Reinas Title from Deonna Purrazzo. Valkyrie would then have two reigns as a Knockouts World Tag Team Champion as part of The Death Dollz with Rosemary and Jessicka. 

Valkyrie was one of IMPACT's top stars during her first run with the company and she was taken to prison to write her out of the promotion in early 2021 for shooting John E. Bravo.
