Taya Valkyrie Thinks WWE Will Be Sold Within 5 Years

Vince McMahon to sell?

Former WWE Superstar Taya Valkyrie thinks Vince McMahon will sell the company he bought from his father in the next five years.

Following a tweet from FITE asking fans where they see WWE in five years, Valkyrie simply replied: "Sold."

The former NXT talent received several negative comments on Twitter following her reply, with one user labelling her "salty", while others poked fun at her recent release from WWE.

Speculation about a possible WWE sale has swirled ever since the organisation started to cut talent following WrestleMania 37. The company has released approximately 80 Superstars following several rounds of cuts and it has been speculated that Vince McMahon is streamlining the company ahead of a possible sale.

WWE President Nick Khan also did not rule out a sale earlier this year, admitting WWE are "open for business on anything and everything."

Taya Valkyrie has been vocal on social media since she was released by WWE and she called for fans to stop supporting the promotion following John Morrison's release, claiming WWE have "zero respect for their talent" and don't care about wrestlers or fans.
