The American Wolves To Reunite Later This Year

Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards to wrestle together for first time since 2017

When Davey Richards announced his return to wrestling earlier this year, we all hoped a reunion with Eddie Edwards as the American Wolves would occur. Now it has been confirmed that the former TNA and ROH World Tag Team Champions will ride again, wrestling for indie promotion The Wrestling Revolver.

The two will be in action at The Wrestling Revolver’s upcoming Tales From The Ring 3 event on Saturday October 30, in Iowa.

The Wolves last tagged together in January 2017, taking on EYFBO (Santana and Ortiz) at Beyond Wrestling’s Beyond Paying Paul event. The two teamed together since 2008, and reigned as TNA World Tag Team Champions on five occasions, and ROH World Tag Team Champions on two.

Currently, Eddie Edwards wrestles for IMPACT Wrestling, where he as been feuding with W. Morrissey. Richards is now signed to MLW, having come out of hiatus earlier this Summer. Whether this match is a one-off or the basis for another tag run is unknown at this point, as is who The Wolves will be facing at Tales From The Ring 3.
