A former WWE talent has teased a return to the company.

The Boogeyman has not wrestled in a WWE ring since his release in 2009 but the lover of worms revealed on Twitter that a match with Bray Wyatt was "very possible."

Real name Martin Wright, The Boogeyman has remained on good terms with WWE since his release and he is currently signed with the company on a legends deal. He has made sporadic appearances on WWE TV over the last 13 years, most recently in January 2021 at Raw Legends Night when he helped R-Truth win the 24/7 Title.

Bray Wyatt had been out of WWE for over a year but he returned to the company at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on October 8. He is seemingly once again portraying a split-personality character with his new dangerous alter ego Uncle Howdy appearing at the end of Wyatt's promo on the October 14 edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

When Wyatt will wrestle in WWE for the first time since WrestleMania 37 remains to be seen.
