New Japan Pro-Wrestling held their latest set of STRONG tapings on October 16 with 'New Japan Showdown' emanating from the Vermont Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.
Multiple promotions were represented at the tapings, including All Elite Wrestling through Christopher Daniels and Peter Avalon, and IMPACT Wrestling with Bullet Club's Chris Bey and Kenny King. In the main event, IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jay White clashed with NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Fred Rosser.
