The Elite's Return Teased For AEW Full Gear
Will The Elite return to AEW at Full Gear 2022?
A new teaser video has aired on AEW TV suggesting The Elite could be involved at Full Gear on November 19.
AEW have been running vignettes hyping Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks’ return, insinuating that without them there is no All ‘Elite’ Wrestling. The latest video - which aired on the November 9 edition of Dynamite - showed images of The Bucks and Kenny Omega's journeys in wrestling, as well as images from their childhood, with the branding and idents for Full Gear interspersed throughout, as well as a ticking clock.
The trio were suspended by AEW due to their part in the post-All Out brawl with CM Punk and Ace Steel in September, with AEW stripping the team of their newly won Trios Championships, whilst no mention was made of them on AEW TV for several weeks.
Mentions of The Elite on commentary in late October suggested that the internal investigation into the fight had ended, with the vignettes all but confirming that an imminent return was on the cards.
There’s no word as of yet if The Elite are scheduled to wrestle at Full Gear, or if they are merely set for an appearance.
