The Hardys Make AEW In-Ring Debut On Dynamite

Matt and Jeff Hardy teamed together for the first time in AEW on Dynamite

AEW’s entire tag team division was put on notice on the St.Patrick’s Day Slam edition of Dynamite, as Matt and Jeff The Hardys teamed together for the first time in an AEW ring.

The influential team took on Matt Hardy’s former charges Private Party, and were greeted by a rapturous response from the San Antonio crowd, as the brothers teamed on TV for the first time since 2019, with it being almost five years since Matt and Jeff last teamed on TV outside of WWE.

The Hardys hit their greatest hits on Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen - Poetry in Motion, stereo Twists of Fate, and more - before Jeff sealed his maiden victory in AEW with a textbook Swanton Bomb.

Post-match, other members of the Andrade Family Office surrounded the ring in an attempt to attack The Hardys, before Darby Allin and Sting made the save. Whilst it looks like The Hardys’ future will revolve around Anrdade El Idolo and co, they showed that they’re still a force to be reckoned with in the tag division.
