The Headbangers Sign Nostalgia Deals With WWE

Headbangin' their way back to WWE

Former WWE Tag Team Champions The Headbangers have signed legends deals with the company. By signing the nostalgia agreements, they allow WWE to use their likeness for merchandise.

Thrasher (Glenn Ruth) shared the news on his Facebook page, writing:

"I can finally post this!! I'm completely excited and fortunate to have this opportunity! The Headbangers have signed a WWE Nostalgia agreement!! Look for your Headbangers merch coming soon!!! WOW blessed!! Thank you WWE!!!".

Mosh (Chaz Warrington) confirmed the news on Twitter, sharing a picture of the document alongside the caption, 'Watch out! It's been signed!'.

The duo are best remembered for their run during the WWE Attitude Era. After a lengthy absence, they improbably returned for three matches on SmackDown in 2016.

Warrington is also known for his singles spells as Chaz and the infamous Beaver Cleavage, an innuendo-laden (and controversial) spoof of Leave it to Beaver.

The Headbangers have continued to wrestle on the independent circuit, with their most recent match taking place in October of last year.
