The Rock Teases WWE Return

Rock, is that you?

Is The Rock set to return to WWE?

The 49-year-old hasn't appeared on WWE TV since October 2019 when he appeared on SmackDown's premiere on FOX alongside Becky Lynch but The Brahma Bull's return could be closer than we all think.

The Rock appeared at Superbowl 56 on Sunday, performing his famous catchphrases, but Jamie Iovine pointed out Rocky didn't do his typical "and the millions" with a pause shout.

The Rock ultimately responded to the tweet and he hinted he would be coming back to WWE soon, writing: "Brother that was a little 'Easter egg' for you and the MILLIONS...Don't worry...the MILLIONS with a *pause is coming soon...."

When exactly The Rock could return remains to be seen but recent reports have noted a Stone Cold-level surprise is planned for WrestleMania 38. The latest edition of The Showcase Of The Immortals is set to take place on April 2 and April 3 in Arlington, Texas.

WWE initially hoped The Rock would face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 38 but that match is reportedly planned for WrestleMania 39 now instead.
