Former WWE NXT star Patrick Clark (AKA Velveteen Dream) is set to be arraigned for his probation violation next week.

According to PWInsider, Clark will be arraigned on Monday, September 19 at 1:30 PM EST in Seminole County, Florida.

The former NXT North American Champion was arrested on November 21 of last year and charged with possession of cocaine, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, destroying/concealing/altering physical evidence and having no lamps/illuminating device in his vehicle.

Clark was sentenced to 12 months probation on the possession of drug paraphernalia charge on April 21 (as well being ordered to pay $213 in court costs and undertake community service as part of his plea agreement).

Four months into his probation, he was arrested again on August 20 in Orlando and charged with battery and trespassing on a property following a warning.

According to police documents, Clark had a confrontation with a gym employee which turned physical and resulted in Clark punching and biting the unnamed employee.

He pleaded 'not guilty' in that case (which is still pending), but his arrest was a violation of his parole and he was taken into custody days later.

Clark has been incarcerated in Seminole County, Florida since his arrest on August 26.

He was released by WWE in May 2021 and has not wrestled since.
