Title Change on ROH TV

A rescheduled title match from Final Battle 2020 finally took place

ROH TV this week saw new Six-Man Tag Team Champions crowned, as Shane Taylor Promotions defeated MexiSquad for the belts.

The trio of Shane Taylor and The Soldiers of Savagery finally faced off against the team of Bandido, Flamita, and Rey Horus in a match that was meant to take place at Final Battle 2020 but was delayed due to COVID -19 issues for Bandido and Flamita.

STP refused to be handed the titles, instead wishing to fight for the gold, with Taylor getting the decisive pin on Flamita.

This is STP’s first run with the titles, ending MexiSquad’s reign at a little over a month. MexiSquad themselves had won the gold from Villain Enterprises on January 11, 2020, at ROH’s Saturday Night at Center Stage event.

This could be the start of a great couple of weeks for Taylor, who aims to add to his trophy cabinet next week when he takes on ROH World Champion RUSH on ROH TV.
